Daniel
Daniel Rochester is a native of Gaffney, SC where he graduated from Gaffney High School. While attending Gaffney High School he was the starting catcher for the baseball team from 2000-2001. In 2001 Daniel got to live his dream by signing to play at the collegiate level at North Greenville University. Daniel played baseball for NGU from 2001-2005. Daniel earned his B.S. in Sports Management/ Business Administration in May 2006. Daniel has always had a passion for the Strength and Conditioning of athletes and he wanted to continue that after his college years as his profession. Daniel has been with ASI for 5 years and holds the position of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. Daniel’s passion is high school, college, and professional athletes. He enjoys pulling out the best in everyone he trains with a disciplined approach. Daniel is currently certified through the NASM (PES) and NASE (CSSE). Daniel is married to the former Apryl Evett and they have a daughter Bella (3). Daniel currently resides in Taylors, SC.
